Job Description

Responsible for all primary and secondary sales through the above mentioned channel and direct execution of order fulfilment
Develop new market and appoint direct Dealer / Wholesalers / Wholesalers by search for channel partners in the assigned territories
Will be responsible for brand presence and penetration through these channels and also position any future sub brands into similar or newer markets
Responsible for replenishment inventory and stocking of the product mix under this category at the respective channel outlets in the assigned territory
In co ordination with the channel partners , will be responsible for implementing branding and visual merchandise at such outlets as per company policies
Key Accounts management and ensuring that customer relationship development is with the objective of business building and creating brand loyalty
Ensure that all reporting (written and verbal) are prepared/ submitted for review as per defined timeline and formats
Support in preparation and implementation of a structured system of market feedback and controls with respect to:
product range and competition brands
price acceptance of our product mix vis a vis competition
acceptance of product mix
service, operations response time and related expectations by the Trade Partners
preparation and implementation of trade promotions like loyalty programs, special schemes & product promotions
In coordination with the Marketing/Product Management team Implement and ensure installation of local in shop promotions and activities to grow the channel business
Support the Visual Merchandiser/ Marketing Manager in implementing the companys branding and in shop/outdoor visibility program at the respective locations
Ensure that the defined terms and conditions for the Trade Channel Partners is implemented and all transactions with them are as per commercial laws applicable
Responsible for settling and closure of trade disputes in consultation with and upon approval from the concerned Reporting Authority related to
Receivables / Discounts / write off and any such claims related to Receivables
Claims related to material returns
Claims related to product defects
Termination of association
