Job Description

Forecast, drive and achieve Trade and Modern Trade sales targets
Drive and achieve Revenue per counter and chain as per the budget
Maintain necessary staffing at counters and drive productivity
Prepare, coordinate and ensure a complete and accurate physical inventory as per standards
Monitor and ensure point of sale ambience through executing visual merchandizing guidelines
Scout for and present business case for business development in new chains/counters
Plan and execute sales promotion activities
Develop and leverage relationships with partners in Regional Trade accouonts and Modern trade accounts to drive business initatives
Track and benchmark competition intelligence and plan interventions accordingly
Monitor customer feedback through ensuring record all visits and observations
"Liasion with Category Management and other internal teams to develop customized/MTO products'
Ensure development of sales staff based on Frontline Training modules and mentoring
Drive performance management, career planning and other initiatives with HR for team members
Resolve partners issues/requests in an effective and timely manner
