Job Description

Relationship Management
Plan/forecast and drive Sales (primary and secondary) as per the budget
Plan/forecast and drive Sales (primary and secondary) of focus products/categories as per the budget
Liasion with Category Management and other internal teams to develop customized/MTO products
Draw out and manage merchandizing plans for channel partners
Track and analyze metrics for sales performance across partners
Keep abreast of and analyze Partner, Competition and overall Market data
Plan and execute BTL initiatives and visual merchandizing across partners including development of SIS
Business Development
Prospect and onboard new distribution points as per business requirement
Prospect and onboard new/existing relationships to drive business from new categories
Adhere to journey plans
Define order timelines and order delivery SLA with partners and liasion with Customer Service to get the orders executed OTIF
Manage receivables and account reconciliation with respect to partners
Co-ordinate with Marketing and Visual Merchandizing for in-store communication support
Resolve partners issues/requests in an effective and timely manner
