Education from Tier I Engineering/MBA institutes
814 years of experience in sales / General Management / Category management roles
Experience in managing a P&L is a strong plus
Experience in managing multi-layered operations and teams
Previous entrepreneurial stint is a big plus
Must have: Strong people management, mentoring skills and team player - Need strong
experience in this area
Believer of team-work (in other words must have strong leadership principles) - knows how to
build a team, train them, and lead them to the right vision.
Superior analytical skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In
particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs. Deep
understanding of customer acquisition and engagement methods and metrics
A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to work in ambiguity
Technology affinity and track record of employing systems to drive simplification and change
