Analytical Skills : Will have to work with large amount of data (facts, figures, and number crunching) analyze it to find conclusions.
Communication Skills: Should be easily able to communicate their findings and complex ideas.
Critical Thinking: Should be able to interpret numbers, trends, and data and help in decision making.
Attention to Detail
Math and Excel Skills

Measuring and monitoring of metrics/KPIs
Should assist in Business Planning/Modelling, Budgeting and Monitoring
Should assist in preparation of Location wise P&L
Should work closely with functional stakeholders to monitor costs and implement cost effective processes
Demonstrate appropriate understanding and working knowledge of law, taxation and RBI regulations
Facilitating in the fund raising activity of the company
Assist in Investor Relations and related reporting

MBA (IIM/Tier II Institutions) with 2-3 years Work experience
