Job Description

  • Leading and Execution of end to end HR Operations strategy in alignment with the Business objectives
  • Managing entire HR operations portfolio including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, FnF management, employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards
  • Enable transition from manual systems/ excel driven processes to software based processes (HR automation) from scratch
  • Manage and revamp, as required, HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders across different regions
  • Handle end to end compliances including Labor laws and other payroll specific statutory compliances
  • Ensure adequate and recommend best practices for building HR systems, processes and database management
